Arrival in Najera

We actually decided to take a bus from Logrono to Najera to save the blistered feet.  It was a beautiful drive....only 25 minutes and a few euros.

A tiny town of about 8000 people.

Trying to have dinner before 8pm is always challenging in Europe. We thought we would like to have dinner here....but it was actually never open.

An incredible slate type mountain behind this village. There are actually caves in them.

Pinchos and wine.....can’t get enough of these yummy snacks.

Alexa.......having fun.

We came upon a churros food truck.  Watching him make them....and of course eating them. It’s actually the first time on this trip that we have had them.

Narrow, ancient and aged streets in Europe. I love it.

Alexa got her churros.......but is she going to share.....yes.

Signs for tomorrow mornings walk on the Camino to the next village. Santo Domingo de Calzada.

Delicious dinner of Pasta Carbonara and Bacon and eggs.

Carb fix for the next days journey.
